Partner with hiring managers to develop long-term business relationships and become a key member of their support team Own the Resourcing process for specific lines of business across the entire EMEA region Utilize proactive search methods to source highest quality candidates Establish and maintain a network of contacts internally and externally Develop specific lead-generation channels Support managers to implement best recruitment practice Oversee the recruitment process from job spec to offer acceptance

Supporting the Recruitment activities in Romania and across Europe: - interviews scheduling - updating the ATS - ATS training for the EMEA Recruitment team - Managing POs and supplier contracts for the Recruitment department - organizing Graduate events/ days
