After all these years of professional experience, if there is one thing I can share, it is that it's all about people, passion and purpose. I have had the opportunity to lead a group of passionate people with a purpose, designing sustainable business models that have a broader target than only volume growth, but also make a difference in all company stakeholders and society as a whole. In Saica Natur Spain and Portugal I am proud to say that we have grown in volume and profitability, but always taking into account the circularity and sustainability of our projects, in order to have a positive impact in all stakeholders, as well as the enviroment.. During this time, I have, as well, been involved in working with start-ups that have as main target to take advantage of technology in order to improve the sustainability of different products and processes. In other words, whose purpose is to make a better and more sustainable world for all of us.
