Miguel Ruiloba

Miguel is a co-founder and Vice President, Sales and Marketing for XB Fulfillment. He has over 28 years of leadership experience in global logistics distribution, supply chain and transportation management. Miguel has held a variety of sales management positions where he has led the successful implementation and expansion of sales strategies and new logistics services in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining XB Fulfillment, Miguel was at FedEx Services where he spent over 18 years and held multiple positions in domestic and international sales management in Los Angeles, Memphis, and Miami. During that time he has led the implementation of new products and distribution services throughout Latin America. He was responsible for setting up cross border sales along the southern United States border. His team supported multinational corporations in developing supply chain and direct distribution solutions in the U.S.,Mexico and Latin America markets. Miguel was also key participant in the development of FedEx's strategy for expanding it's services and solutions between the U.S. and Mexican markets. Miguel is a graduate from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio, with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Spanish. Miguel is fluent in English and Spanish.
