As a prior editorial and advertising photographer, I’m returning to San Antonio, TX to build up small businesses with my branding photography skills. I continue to explore my culture through visual art and co own a vintage camera shop with my dad.

I currently work on creating cultural art in the Pacific Northwest from the perspective of a Tejano. My medium is film photography and illustrate people of color in common settings to show how the BIPOC community is unique in this area. Being Chicano, bicultural, and acknowledging my indigenous heritage has me seeing the region through a different lens. My latest curiosity is capturing video, and implementing it into my work. This has inspired me to develop Firme!, a podcast centered on being gente in Spokane. I tell art stories, camera cuentos, discuss about the local art scene and how it affects BIPOC artists. I call this cultural real talk, and shall continue to create content as long as I live in Spokane.
