Supported the set up of an MDM for the Ministry of Health: got the vendor admin console, Android app, and backend building in-house and working together. Locked down devices the way the client needed: kiosk mode, approved-apps list, and simple QR enrollment. Built a small lab, then a pilot: enrolled Air3S phones, tested lock / wipe / app push, and confirmed device reports. Signed APKs with our own keys and cleaned up dependencies after a quick security review.
