Risk-Based Inspection is a risk assessment and management process that is focused on loss of containment of pressurized equipment in processing facilities, due to material deterioration. These risks are managed primarily through equipment inspection. • Analyzed possible damage mechanisms, calculated risk, and created a recommended inspection plan for pressure vessel on offshore and onshore operation facilities • Developed a customization method of Risk-Based Inspection analysis using Analytical Hierarchy Process method

As a project engineer intern at an engineering consulting company working in the field of asset integrity, there are several tasks that I am responsible for. • Developed methods of screening damage mechanisms that occur in the oil and gas industry according to API 571 and API 581 standards • Joined the project of making Residual Life Assessment for equipments from Pertamina EP Zona 1 • Successfully completed the Residual Life Assessment for several installations in the Pangkalan Susu and Jambi fields such as SPH Alur Manis and SP VI Paluh Tabuhan Barat installations.

Reliability and condition monitoring is the division responsible for monitoring the condition of all units at the site using an integrated sensor system, responsible for scheduling maintenance and appropriate service handling, and finding the root cause of a machine failure. • Monitoring the health condition of each unit using the Minecare integrated system • Provides recommendations for the use of eddy current testing tools to facilitate sub-surface inspection on components with complex shapes • Conducting unit health checks using nondestructive test methods such as penetrant test, magnetic particle test, and ultrasonic test • Successfully analyzed the failure of the motor grader engine unit G206 PT Kaltim Prima Coal caused by a broken crankshaft main journal on the engine.

Indonesian Corrosion Week 2022, an event that focuses on increasing student interest in the field of corrosion through various events and competitions • controlled and directed 15 divisions (109 committees) in the implementation of 6 main events consisted of webinar and competition on corrosion recognition and treatment • enhancing event branding through new strategies in the form of videos, content and jingles • successfully conducted the first corrosion virtual handling competition attended by participants from various universities in Indonesia

BEM FTIRS is a student organization that aims to collaborate the activities of all departments in the faculty and have an impact on the social community. • Best staff of Internal Affairs Department and also Best Staff of BEM FTIRS 2022 • organized various faculty activities such as graduation, art and sports competitions, scholarship distribution, mental health seminars and athlete delegation. • maintaining harmonization of departments in the faculty • accommodating department collaboration on student welfare activities such as scholarships • successfully organized the first post-pandemic offline sports competition attended by 5000+ people

ROG 2022 is the biggest sports event held by BEM FTIRS ITS that aimed at enhancing harmonisation of faculty students. • Coordinator of 9 sports competition • research into the rules and regulations of the game • preparing technical requirements for the competitions • communicate competition rules and regulations with department representatives • successfully organize sports competitions participated by 350+ students from 5 Department in FTIRS

Ini Lho! ITS or ILITS is an annual activity that introduce ITS and all the achievements and facilities in it to all high school students in Indonesia. Ini Lho ITS! also helps the high schoolers to find majors that match their talents and interest. • Conceptualized try-out and campus introduction events • Leading and managing 9 expert staff and 16 staff to execute all of the events • preparing training activities for representatives of each region • initiated ITS introduction activities to overseas students • successfully conducted UTBK try-outs attended by 2965 high schoolers in 256 city in 7 country • successfully introduced ITS to 50,000+ students in 7 country : Indonesia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand, Netherland, and Malaysia.
