Currently Working as a store Manager at Marks & Spencer store of 7500 sq feet with the team size of 10 . 1)Handling , leading & motivating the team to meet the targets . 2)Maintaining statistical & financial reports , implementing commercial strategies to maximise profitability. 3)Dealing with customers queries & complaints & providing a seamless customer experience. 4) overseeing company budgets ,SOP's & stock control. 5)overseeing visual merchandising & visual aesthetics. 6)Recruiting , training , supervising & appraising staffs.

Worked as a department manager for women's section (which is the most commercial section of zara brand ) of 15000 sq feet store & a team size of 13 staffs where my roles and responsibilities was to develop processes and commercial reports for increasing the business , managing staff and providing guidance , communicating and follow up with the visual commercials , recruiting and training new staff, devising strategies to increase productivity and improve operations.

worked as a visual manager for 8500 sq feet store handling the team size of 15 . I was responsible for maintaing and leading the visuals of the store. I was planning and executing floor plan arrangement including decor and design along with window displays. I was also leading and taking care of business and KPI's in absence of store manager . I was also the part of many store opening where I was leading the visuals with my area commercials and manage to open the stores before deadlines

Worked as an retail operations management intern where I learned the basic of retail operations and team management skills . It helped in learning the things in a very practical way starting from the ground level .

During my education I learned a lot about leadership , fashion market , trends , business , styling , retail management & KPI's , team management & the practical industrial exposure of retail & business through various college internships & workshops.
