WuXi XDC (an affiliate of WuXi Biologics), a leading Contract Research, Development and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) focused on the global ADC and broader bioconjugate market, is a pioneering CRDMO offering integrated, end-to-end services. My role is bringing the amazing XDC platforms and resources to more European bio-conjugate developers.

Professor Emeritus in the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech. I lead an editorial team of four full time editors and 20+ freelance writers, streamlined content pipeline from topic planning to publication, provide guidelines, edited and polished copy to maintain content consistency across multiple channels, developed protocols and announced clear statement; organized and project managed large online and offline events; monitored audience reading behavior through interviewing, online survey; interviewed experts and public figures; wrote commercial copies and articles on health, business, science & technology, and travel. Sole authored original series ‘Lt. Robert Eugene Oxford’ was read by 500K+ viewers in three days after publishing. The story has been highlighted in 10+ media, including AJC and the largest TV channel in China--China Central Television (CCTV) ACL online journal overall viewer rate increased 60% in two-year period under my leadership; Interviewed public figures including Casey Cagle, Lieutenant Governor of Georgia; Li Qiangmin, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China; Pat Wilson; etc

BioBus K-12 outreach program, Georgia State University. I brought cutting edge science hand-on experience to Georgia K-12 classrooms, taught students using scientific experiments to solve real world problems.

I investigated the role of small non-coding RNA molecules in genetic deficiency using molecular, biochemistry, cellular tools. Profiled key DNA, RNA and protein molecules in vivo and in vitro. Identified the novel molecules and how they communicate in pathways in cells.

Developed and carried out a student-driven curriculum in Life Science, annually advised 100+ students to track academic growth and address individual challenges and strengths.

My goal was to understand chromosome organization and segregation during cell division. In mitosis, duplicated chromosomes are equally partitioned, while in meiosis, homologous chromosomes pair, recombine, and separate. My research on cohesin and condensin protein complexes explored these processes, with a new focus on the mechanics of the nuclear envelope. Using budding yeast as a genetic model, I aimed to uncover insights into birth defects, aneuploidy, chromosome movement, gene expression, and cellular rejuvenation.
