Worked as a Research Analyst for the High Speed Train and as a Land Agent for our PG&E sector. My High Speed Train position involved researching parcels of land to be acquired in the building of the rail and helping to assess their value based on mineral and soil reports and irrigation analysis, flood and general plan zoning and pulling comparable sales. As a Land Agent for PG&E, I investigate human population over gas transmission pipelines throughout the State of California. I am sent into the field and entrusted with investigating and reporting back to PG&E details regarding safety and make recommendations based on my findings that lead directly to replacing pieces of pipeline. I am regularly entrusted with highly sensitive information and am in the field for days at a time collecting photographs and data. I also perform line reviews, which are the examination of antiquated easements to help determine certain right of ways for PG&E.
