Responsibilities include: • Ensuring all compliance regulations are met, and where possible exceeding the standards to safeguard the University. • Creating and uphold the high standards of the University inline with changing policies. • Designing, cataloguing and documenting changes for evidentiary purposes. • The implementation of a regulatory and legislative project management models. • Implementing the use of virtual tools within the University. • Structuring a simulated work system, to achieve maximum grades in all assessments carried out by committees of the Ministry of Education. • The transformation of institutional and textual information for the University website with comic books. Necessitating coordination with the Institution and regulatory bodies of Brazil (Ministry of Education - MEC and various associations). In this position, I honed and expanded my proficiency in leadership, management, creativity, and empathy. My skills in effective communication were strengthened, and I developed a heightened ability to establish connections and cultivate relationships, both within the workplace and with external governmental entities. Notably, I successfully engaged actors from the Institution's academic community in regulatory and legislative processes, achieved higher evaluation result rates, and played a pivotal role in enhancing internal processes. Additionally, I contributed to fostering synergy and alignment with the organization's strategic planning.

Strategic role in the development, structuring, and management of commercial projects focused on Latin American markets. Opportunity analysis, goal setting, business modeling, and supporting decision-making processes for regional commercial expansion. Leading educational and innovation projects in Higher Education, to reposition the University’s brand awareness in the educational market. In this role, I was able to contribute to the analysis of the face-to-face higher education scenarios. Enabling an effective future strategy development plan to be realised, alongside benchmarking. Facilitating the implementation of strategic repositioning, and guidelines for Senac São Paulo's actions in Higher Educational sector. Through these experiences, I cultivated and refined my skills in analytics, teamwork, planning, and product development. Specifically, I successfully crafted and implemented a positioning strategy, extracting the essential elements, and drivers behind in-person graduation. I also played a pivotal role in designing priority services and processes, mapping the student journey, and defining the desired student profile. Additionally, I contributed to monitoring selection processes, providing support for entrance exams, analyzing and aiding in portfolio development, and offering guidance and assistance in training teams for the design thinking methodology. My involvement extended to contributing to application development initiatives.

Managing educational research related to institutional evaluation processes, to identify the institution's strengths and weaknesses and propose improvement actions across services and infrastructure. Responsabilities include: • Implementation of projects aimed at the strategic management of the Higher Education Institutions, stakeholders and sectors • Monitoring of ombudsman processes ensuring compliance was always met. In this role, I showcased my skills through several key initiatives. spearheading the implementation of an institutional portal, ensuring easy access to information for the general public regarding the outcomes and actions of both the Institution's Own Assessment Committee (CPA) and the National Student Performance Exam (Enade). I also designed and executed a comprehensive monitoring model, providing analytical and comparative insights, into evaluation results for internal management use. Furthermore, I led the restructuring of the Institution's self-assessment project and orchestrated the creation of animated videos on relevant themes within the field. Throughout this period, I honed my abilities in employee management, institutional self-awareness, performance metrics, and data analysis. Additionally, I developed expertise in facilitating effective dialogue between the Institution and government bodies.

Advising strategically, Senac University Center in the management of regulatory processes, to ensure compliance with educational legislation, in addition to representing the University before the relevant bodies linked to Higher Education. Responsibilities include: • Restructuring the internal process of the University in line with the strategic vision for the future. • Introducing efficient work tools to enhance the team's productivity, agility and reactivity. Through these experiences, I honed skills in strategic planning, leadership, team management, regulatory affairs, communication, and organizational proficiency. Notably, I spearheaded the development and implementation of the Regulatory Process Systems (SPR) platform, empowering users to easily access the comprehensive regulatory journey history within the Institution. The successful consolidation of this tool was achieved through the adept utilization of NetDrive to meticulously map the activities and documents generated by the department.

Developing evaluation process cycles for different teaching modalities; implementing the 360 ​​evaluation process for undergraduate courses offered on Senac São Paulo campuses and units; and monitoring ombudsman processes. Responsibilities include: • Structuring quantitative and qualitative research. • Data collection, tabulation and analysis. • Proposing action plans to improve the quality of products/services. • Structuring executive presentations, and supporting institutional management decision-making. I achieved notable results during my tenure, emphasizing the successful implementation of a product/service quality assessment model, a considerable rise in student retention rates, and enhancements in the overall quality of delivered products/services. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in furnishing pertinent data crucial for informed decision-making. Throughout my tenure, I actively pursued the acquisition of advanced technical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Assessment, and Statistics Systems/Tools. Simultaneously, I dedicated efforts to refining my skills in data analysis, contributing to a more comprehensive and analytical approach to handling relevant information.

Provided direct support to the dean, offering expertise in personal and professional tasks encompassing agenda and calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, minutes preparation, and event and travel planning. My assistance extended to various departments, contributing significantly to the manager's enhanced daily productivity through streamlined organizational processes.
