Michelle A. Sartain

As President of Marsh US and Canada, I am responsible for setting the direction and vision for Marsh within the region. I am a member of the Marsh Global Executive Committee and oversee Marsh’s US and Canada insurance brokerage and risk advisory businesses. I have proudly spent my entire career at Marsh in a variety of client-facing and leadership positions. Prior to my current appointment in 2023, I was the Regional Specialty Leader for the US and Canada, where I was responsible for delivering specialization to our clients in the Aviation & Space, Construction, Energy & Power, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions (PEMA), Transactional Risk, Credit Specialties, Marine, Cargo & Logistics, and Financial & Professional Lines (FINPRO) businesses. Prior to my Specialty appointment, my previous roles include serving as FINPRO Practice Leader for the US and Canada, US Sales Leader and New York Metro Sales Leader. Across all my roles, I have been responsible for streamlining and delivering best practices and overseeing the delivery of exceptional client service.
