Michelle's professional background is diverse and spans several industries. After completing her university education, she began her career at Fujitsu as a Technical Account Manager, where she managed clients in the banking, financial, and government sectors. She then transitioned to the education field, working as a foreign language teacher for Japanese junior high school students. After four years in teaching, Michelle returned to the corporate sector and joined Hays Japan as a Sourcer/Recruitment Consultant, focusing on marketing and sales roles across various industries. Following six years at Hays Japan, she joined Agoda as an in-house recruiter.
