Conduct "Sustainable Cities in the 21st Century: Governance Trends and Best Practices" Book and Course

*  Lead administrative operations for the whole organization (account management, marketing strategies and event planning) *  Drive strategic partnerships and relationship development within Singapore, regional and global startup ecosystem *  Review business plans from diverse technology companies (cleantech, fintech, medtech, IoT, marketplace…etc)

*  Strategic position Green Koncepts as a cleantech thought leader in Energy Management and Urban Sustainability *  Drive domestic and overseas partnership and channel development *  Lead international market development and Intellectual Property project *  Drive next generation test-bed projects *  Engage with domestic and international government agencies

*  Conduct Urban System Studies, including Sustainable Built Environment and Urban Energy System *  Publish “Built by Singapore: From Slums to a Sustainable Built Environment” Urban Systems Study *  Develop training materials for domestic and international "Leaders in Urban Governance Programs" and mayoral training programs

 Conduct United Nation’s “Urban Low-Carbon Development with Co-Benefits Approach” project  Governmental relation and external outreach

*  Conduct and analyze surveys for Delaware state agencies * “Green Products Application to Households Survey” * “Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey” * “Tobacco Attitudes and Media Survey” * “Delaware Public Transportation Policy Survey” * “Public Education System Survey”

*  Assist in “International Solar Cities Initiatives” to research urban green initiatives and policies *  Assist in “A Sustainable Energy and Environmental Future for Taiwan” project to estimate the energy efficiency and renewable energy potential for Taiwan *  Assist in “Creating Alternative Energy Town in Seoul, Korea” project
