Interview clients individually and in families, assessing their situations, capabilities, and problems, to determine what services are required to meet their needs. Assist clients in need of support services, such as child care, homemaker service, job training, counseling, or parenting classes in order to enhance quality of life.  Provide co-parenting counseling for individuals within the Court system to improve or enhance co-parenting and communication skills. Arrange for medical, psychiatric and other tests that may disclose causes of difficulties and indicate remedial measures. Maintain case history records and prepare reports for the consideration of the Court

* Interview clients individually and in families, assessing their situations, capabilities, and problems, to determine what services are required to meet their needs. * Collaborate in the development of a discharge plans which adequately met patient's needs and allowed the patients’ to leave the hospital in a timely manner. *  * Prepare patient psychosocial reports and provided recommendations for patients’ continued care. *  * Plan, implement and facilitate a support group for teenaged mothers. *  * Provide counseling and support services for patients’ and their family members who have experienced loss. *  * Refer clients to community resources for services such as job placement, skills enhancement, medical treatment, or financial assistance, and provide concrete information, such as where to go and how to apply.

* Work alongside the Program Coordinator in the assessment of children at the home in order to tailor programs suited to their needs. *  * Conduct preliminary interviews and prepared reports of findings to be submitted to the Program Coordinator. *  * Assist special-needs children in enhancing their academic and social skills.
