* Direct Habitat for Humanity’s four programs expanding access to and maintenance of affordable housing across Montgomery County and impacting 900+ families annually * Manage an annual program budget of $750,000 * Recruit, lead and manage a team of three staff, four interns, and 40 financial coaches * Design and implement a successful quarterly eight-week intensive financial literacy and life skills program * Manage neighborhood revitalization and community development efforts within two 20-block areas in Norristown and Pottstown aimed at improving blight, safety, and quality of life. * Process and approve 0% interest mortgage applications; ensure organizational compliance with all state and federal lending regulations

* Designed and directed all academic and support programs at Liberia’s first tuition-free, all-girls private school serving young women at high risk of being forced into the commercial sex industry * Designed and implemented an annual fellowship program to recruit and retain international teachers * Shaped and maintained crucial relationships with government and community stakeholders to achieve organizational goals * Directly managed the allocation of over $800,000 in program funds * Led, managed, and trained 40 program staff in a challenging and high-stress environment * Managed the human resources for 70+ staff in Liberia and six staff in the USA * Served as first-responder for all personnel, student and organizational crises * Managed emergency protocol during the Ebola epidemic; evacuated 12 international employees and implemented health and safety procedures for 65 national staff

* Co-managed a $38 million grant portfolio consisting of 19 grants * Monitored, evaluated, and strengthened grant projects across six field offices * Shaped partnership with the Planned Parenthood Association of Liberia (PPAL); developed PPAL’s sub-grantee budget of $130,000 to secure a USAID grant of $1.75 million for increasing young women’s access to family planning services

Re-aligned Seva’s planning, evaluating and reporting processes to shape a partnership with the eyewear line of TOMS Shoes, LLC, enabling a dramatic expansion of services for Seva’s field offices in seven countries Created field office dashboards to collect data and track the impact of Seva’s work on a quarterly basis Developed an international volunteer management system to streamline the process of recruiting, placing, and monitoring medical volunteers
