Assisted in managing all mosquito control services for the Roselle Operations; indirectly supervised full-time staff and seasonal staff, developed and implemented a “Supervisor-in-Training” Program, and monitored all operational processes and procedures for effectiveness and amended as needed.

Direct and oversee all mosquito control and aquatics aerial and ground operations in the Midwest region which includes Roselle (headquarters), Minnesota, Idaho, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Michigan. o Primary accountabilities included Regional operational management, budget and financial, and safety and regulatory compliance. o Manage three departments and 19 full-time employees within the Midwest Region including Mapping, Operations, Mechanics, and Aviation. o Project Manager on Operational and Sustainability Initiatives within Clarke in order to improve efficiencies and productivity of full-time and seasonal staff while reducing overall cost of the Operation.  These projects included: development of operational software with handheld technology and real-time tracking capability to monitor staff out in the field, new aquatic application system with integrated mapping and real-time tracking, and implemented electric powered vehicles within the Operation.

Direct and oversee all mosquito control operations and related activities for the Roselle Operation. Responsible for ensuring all that all customer expectations and company goals and objectives are met and maintained at all times for contracts in operating area. o Primary accountabilities included operational management, fleet and equipment maintenance, customer service and quality control, staffing and manpower development, and safety and regulatory compliance. o Directly supervised a full-time staff of 10 and indirectly supervised a seasonal staff of 165.

Oversee, manage, and direct all service operations to include mosquito, aquatics, aerial and emergency operations on a national basis. o Establish policies, programs and performance standards to optimize operational efficiency, profitability, quality, regulatory compliance and employee and environmental health and safety. o Cultivate and lead sustainability initiatives to support and achieve business unit and company goals and reduce consumption of natural and non-renewable resources. o Collaborate with executive leadership and peer managers to ensure that operational plans are aligned with business objectives.  Execute defined strategy for all areas of the business service organization in order to achieve financial goals and expectation. o Develop long range organizational business plans and implements and executes action plans to ensure effective and on-going development of skills and competencies of subordinate staff.
