Responsibilities include managing payroll for all of orthopedic surgery staff, scheduling, tracking employee performance, and assisting nurse manager with a variety of administrative tasks.

During my 12-week level IIB fieldwork experience at St. Louis Children's Hospital I provided skilled occupational therapy services to the pediatric population on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. As an inpatient therapist, I provided comprehensive occupational therapy services primarily to critically ill children in the Pediatric ICU (PICU), as well as to children with non-critical orthopedic needs, burns, traumatic injuries, and various respiratory diagnoses. As a student in the outpatient clinic, I treated children with a variety of diagnoses including global developmental delay, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, brachial plexus palsy, and others. I also provided services to children and their families as part of the Brachial Plexus Palsy Clinic which consisted of comprehensive evaluations and interventions, both pre and post-surgery, in collaboration with other disciplines.

Provided comprehensive skilled occupational therapy as part of a multi-disciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team to adults with severe and chronic mental health disorders. This included assisting clients with improving problem-solving skills, communication skills, money management, medication management, and identifying and accessing community resources to increase their independence and quality of life.

Provided supervision to teams responsible for assisting brokers with continuing education and renewal requirements for their insurance and annuity licenses across the country, and broker/dealer changes on insurance and annuity policies and managed futures.
