- Responsible for the transition of Import and Export department after st. Jude Medical's acquisition by Abbott; - I worked mainly with processes' follow-up and team's orientation regarding special and complex procedures, both in Import and Export; - I restructured the procedures, including customs broker's and freight agent's transitions, to optimize the department; - I elaborated various reports and spreadsheets for follow-up in Excel, highlighting the key performance indicators and attended monthly meetings with brokers to align processes and procedures. I worked with Tariffs Exceptions and taxes' reductions; - I worked in costs' closing and costs' calculation to import materials, giving support to internal and external customers, specially from Sales, Tax and Accounting; - I performed in audits from Brazil and from USA, with 100% approval regarding financial, accounting, compliance and customs requests.

- I worked directly with processes' improvements in Import and Export, being responsible for coordination the area and team from 2018 on, besides following-up processes completely; - I developed graphics and quantities surveys shipped and in stock to area's managers, elaborating large and complete reports to be presented on meetings; - I was responsible for including freights' payments on SISCOSERV and following-up with origins the shipments of goods to attend internal and external customers' needs; - I acted with air freight quotes with the agents and began the elaboration and analysis of key performance indicators, KPI's, ours and our service providers'. Knowledge of HS code, internal invoice issuing, key performance indicators, inclusion of international freights on Siscoserv, insurance, follow-up spreadsheets and costs closing.

- I worked with all air Import and Export routines and planning of quantities to be imported, highlighting actions in special procedures as: Temporary Admission, Temporary Export, Customs Transit and Reimportation; - I acted with Goods Fiscal Classification together with technical areas and customs broker, checking of Import Licenses and Declarations issued by customs broker and issuing of internal invoices; - I acted directly in export processes for repair abroad on the headquarters in USA and Europe and the return of the items to Brazil; - I included air freights paid in Brazil at SISCOSERV website, registering steps of service acquisition and payment; - I acted in the improvement of EIC Easy Import Control ERP system with IT area, to assure the updates on the system altogether with the import procedures; - I responded successfully to various audits in my area, with 100% approval on them. nowledge and experience in HS code, internal invoice issuingimportatiomn, planning of imported quantities, inclusion of international freights on Siscoserv, insurance calculations and air freight quotes.

- I worked with elaboration of reports, spreadsheets and graphics in Excel, in order to support the area's manager; - I performed in customs warehouse to release fractional load with ANVISA. I worked with Import License and Import Declaration issuing for items requiring approval; - I followed-up daily the Import and Export processes with origins in USA and Europe and destinations abroad, assuring the sending of orders quickly and the fast communication for air shipment to Brazil or other countries and the fast release omplete follow-up of import and export air processes with brokers, freight forwarders, trucking companies and bounded warehouses; of the same with customs' broker; - I kept frequent relationship with trucking companies and bounded warehouse to execute customs transit and delivery of the products in the company's stock. - I acted with ERP EIC Easy Import Control system implementation with IT department to align import and other areas digitally and issue internal invoices faster.
