About

I have more than 20 years’ experience in senior management roles in the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority, the Ministry of Social Development and its predecessors, based in Christchurch. Through these roles I have provided leadership and coordination across multiple agencies, stakeholders and the community. I successfully lead large teams to deliver government policy and innovatively established services to meet the needs of the community. I believe in and am committed to the Public Service and am known and respected for my leadership style and ability to work in complex settings across the system. Personally, I am proud to live in Canterbury with my family and enjoy the environment and opportunities the regeneration of Christchurch provides.
