My work focuses on creating interiors that reflect a client’s mission so there is clear alignment between space, people, and purpose. Listening is where it starts. When I understand what a team values, what is getting in the way, and what success looks like, the design becomes more meaningful and more actionable. I am drawn to steady leadership and a structured process. Design can feel chaotic at points, and my role is keeping energy focused and decisions aligned. I want designers and clients to feel confident about where we are headed, what we are solving, and how we are getting there. My style is practical, grounded in clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and treating constraints as opportunities to refine the work. As part of SMBW’s leadership, I am intentional about how I show up and what I reinforce on projects and within the studio. I work to make change feel seamless for clients through a process that supports both momentum and care. I care deeply about building a studio culture that supports growth, collaboration, and the continued evolution of our design practice.
