Under the Healthcare Solutions for the Registry Practice Center of Excellence, our team offers customized Technical Needs Assessments, Data Science Services and Regulatory Alignment Services. As Operations Analyst, I deliver operational support services to the project team. - Support team activities such as opportunity management, resource planning, customer relationship management, opportunity pipeline tracking, team objectives tracking, meeting materials preparation and meeting coordination. - Develop and manage various tracking documents to track opportunity management, current client projects, team visibility at events and conferences, team written visibility tracking of blogs, eBooks, FAQ sheets, monthly operational team progress slides, etc. - Organized and planned the 2021-2022 Registry Practice CoE Roundtable and Workshop series, with seven total events bringing together internal and external participants gain insight on Next Generation Registries, Competitive Landscape, Patient Advocacy Groups, Medical Specialty Societies, and Life Sciences. - Worked with initiative Co-chairs and executive sponsors to determine goals, timelines and participants. Independently owned invitations and participant tracking and assisted in the preparation of pre-rad and presentation materials. - Supported dozens of proposals with client relationship management, communication, scheduling, materials and presentation preparation, and follow-up correspondence.
