Over 20 years experience in the workers' compensation industry of varying positions, including claims examiner (WA and USL&H), claims supervisor and national claims auditor. I have also worked for a large, self-insured employer helping to oversee and manage its workers' compensation program in various states in the northwest, midwest and Texas non-subscription. Currently, I am employed with York Risk Services in their Product Management department as a Claim Director where my duties include internal and external audit, best practice compliance and client relations. I partner with our field offices on a daily basis with the goal of improving work product and resolving claims in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. My focus is on achieving quality claim outcomes and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
