Michelle Jaeschke
Process Engineer @ Molex
About
I started my engineering career as a R&D co-op for Veyance Technologies (now ContiTech) helping the full time compounders with new formulations and cost savings. After graduating with my BS in Chemical engineering I started work at 3M Nevada, MO plant focusing on PET coating and web handling through a six-station printing press. The products made on this line went to many different product lines and processes in the same location. After this role, I continued to work for 3M but moved to the web processing group located at corporate center in St Paul, MN. In this role I was the winding subject matter expert and technology platform leader. My projects are focused on winding improvements for manufacturing sites and new product introductions across the company. From there I transitioned into working as a Global Lean Value Stream Engineer for the Electrical Markets Division where I work on improving current product portfolio and processes across global manufacturing sites as well as working as a key team member on a new product development team. My current role is as a Project Engineer for Renewal by Andersen working on getting and qualifying equipment for a new manufacturing site.
