About

Michelle has diverse interests and skills including interests in conservation, education and advocacy, and skills in education and interpretation. With a concentration in Environmental Science: Policy Analysis and a minor in Geography, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts at Carthage College in May 2012. She also graduated from the Foundations of Teacher Education program at Gateway Technical College in 2018 as a means of professional development. She has been fortunate enough to work with and for many fantastic organizations including: School District of Waukesha, Gateway Technical College, the City of Kenosha Museum system, USDA Forest Service, Tahoe Heritage Foundation, Racine Zoo, Lakeside Players Inc. at the Rhode Center for the Arts, Urban Ecology Center, Riverbend Nature Center, YMCA of Kenosha, YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, Camp Anokijig, and Kenosha Chamber Choir. In her free time, Michelle can be found singing, reading, cooking, bicycling and hiking.
