I have spent the previous 20 years in the Fresh Meats industry, working my way up the ladder from an hourly employee to a Supervisor then on to the orientation side and onto Safety. I have been here in Norfolk, Nebraska working as a Safety Coordinator for Tube City the past 1 1/2 years and look forward to many more years in the area of Safety. Through my past job experience I have been able to apply all of my knowledge to the position I currently hold in the Safety aspect and orientation training.

Responsible for our daily safety meetings, monthly training for our team members, orientation and various reports to site manager. I spend quite a bit of time observing our team members as they perform their daily task, I feel getting to know your team is very important so you can understand their mindset when it comes to safety for themselves and co-workers. I have recently taken on the task of conducting our Weekly Safety Call with the Castellano group and strive to better myself with the knowledge I can gain from this and share with everyone.
