I have over 30 years of experience in multifamily housing with the last 15+years of experience as a multi-site manager, with a focus on third party management. My career experiences include a multitude of operational phases including lease up, value add rehabilitation projects, tax credit, fractured condominiums, rebranding and repositioning communities, corporate housing, and overseeing the implementation of the Live Local Act at established communities. I am a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and hold a Housing Credit Certified Professional designation through the National Association of Home Builders.
