Created costed BOM’s for quote requests to allow sales to accurately process new quote requests. Updated existing costed BOM’s for new quote requests of previously provided circuit boards. Monitored in-house inventory and updated/purchased as required for new jobs. Responsible for site wide general purchasing of all supplies for once, production and maintenance. Upkeep of vendor monitoring reports to ensure all vendors were in company and government contract compliance. Ensuring all vendors complied with government ITAR requirements and ensuring all documentation was up to date and in house as required.

Provided assistance with MRP, SKU and BOM creation. Ordered raw materials and processed PO’s as required based on inventory levels. Helped maintain and confirm inventory counts within SAP inventory module. Met with production planning team to analyze SKUs and inventory needs. Responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner. Provided information to customers, including product details, descriptions and pricing quotes. Processed all incoming commercial orders from quotation to sales order and through final invoicing. Followed up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Followed up on new leads for customer outreach. Processed all A/R invoices. Provided backup to the head accounting in processing A/P invoices against all approved POs. Entered all AP invoices in accounting systems and processed outgoing checks for payment as required. Processed all credit card payments for A/R invoices.
