Homeward Bound is a groundbreaking leadership program, turned global movement, aiming to heighten the influence and impact of women with a science / STEMM background on policy and decision making as it shapes our planet. The program includes taking the largest ever cohort of women to Antarctica. I lead Homeward Bound's Foundation Team which is the 'operational foundations' including Finance, Administration, Systems and Processes. I helped Fabian Dattner turn her dream into a ‘start up' company and then into the company that it is today

Michelle joined Dattner Grant in 2005 to manage the financial operations of the business and help keep the business aligned with and responsive to client account needs and current legislation. Her commitment, attention to detail and organisational skills greatly facilitate the financial operations of our business.
