* Ensure design quality of NPI projects in validation schedule control, defect tracking, and mitigation plan. * Attend/Host weekly meetings with external/internal parties for validation schedule and defect review update. * Act as a bridge between the client and colleague for a smooth communication.

* Purchasing - Negotiate with supplier in contract, price, maintenance, and spec etc. - Deal with import/export delivery, co-working with the forwarder in custom clearance. -Build up a second source map in case of any needs. * Operation - Report monthly/quarterly expenses to the supervisor. * Finance - Collaborate with CPA, the cashier, and bank in monthly payments for vendors.

* Teaching - Make teaching proposals for English, Reading, and Health etc.. - Design and use different forms of media, such as board games or e-learning to keep students’ learning motivation. - Use variety of methods to evaluate the academic readiness or skill acquisition. - Design immersive learning environment or activities, e.g. Christmas and Halloween. * Administrative Affair Support - Serve as master of ceremonies. - Instruct students in English speaking competition.
