* Support chief engineer in development of the annual budget and spend plan by obtaining metrics of past software, hardware, and special maintenance funding. * Execution of a multi-million dollar spend plan * Provide analysis on spend plans status to customer and upper level management * Track customer contract options and provide status on current funding levels * Interface with accounts payable to reconcile invoices for payment * Ensure that Finance SOP is up-to-date and accurate. * Coordinate with property management and project engineers to make sure all licenses, maintenance contracts, and equipment have been received.

* Maintain and ensure director, site manager, and customer management appointments are appropriately scheduled to enhance overall mission success * Assist the site manager and staff in analyzing yearly budgeting for Travel & Living * Track and provide status on program and customer specific action items * Organize and help plan teambuilding events, off-sites, and ceremonies.

* Maintain master MS Project schedule, as well as, coordinate and update over 50 project schedules per month. * Track and analyze workload and budget for large projects and provide feedback to leads and management on issues of over/under run. * Contribute to GRID staffing requirements ensuring monthly allocations are met for all employees. * Coordinate and provide monthly GRID, actual, workload, and Mini-par reports * Support advanced projects with Capital Expenditures, ensuring that procurement of BOMs are ordered and received in a timely manner
