Assist a team of project managers by utilizing Sage software to input job setups, owner change orders, conduct budget transfers, record submittals, RFIs, and submit close-out documents and As-builts to project owners. Facilitate the issuance and execution of subcontract agreements, work orders and change orders to subcontractors and vendors for a multitude of projects including JOC and tenant improvement projects.
