As a Coach Supervisor to Club Coaches within District 51 Toastmasters International, I aim to provide a safe space for Club Coaches within the Toastmasters network to explore who they are as Club Coaches, their behaviours and actions and how these impact the Clubs they partner with to achieve a healthy status and/or Distinguished President’s Club Award after a full term.

I’ve completed more than 135 hours of training to become a licensed GYROKINESIS Level 1 Trainer. The comprehensive, multi-stage journey required both physical mastery and teaching proficiency. The journey from being a student to trainer was designed to take an experienced student from practicing the method to teaching it, focusing on breath, rhythm, and flow.

As a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, I facilitate Mental Fitness (aka Positive Intelligence) trainings and help corporate professionals and individuals develop strong core mental muscles in order for them to thrive during challenging times. I also coach small groups through a 6-week mental fitness journey and help my clients achieve greater peace & calm, healthier relationships and achieve peak performance at work.

I help leaders go from being overwhelmed with work and life to discovering their unique approach to living healthy and fulfilling lives.

Bringing the passion for leadership development, health and wellness through ontological coaching and partnering with each leader and individual to journey through their personal/professional transformations and become the best version of themselves.

I’ve been appointed to coach TAR UC Toastmasters towards achieving Distinguished Club status within 6 months and up to 24 months. The coaching involved Team Coaching, Team survey, and individual coaching, where necessary. The Club was awarded by Toastmasters International and District 51 the Early Achievers Distinguished President’s Club having achieved excellence in its Educational, Membership, Leadership and Operational goals.

Venus Toastmasters Club is a newly chartered, all-ladies leadership and communication skills development platform that seeks to inspire women from all walks of life to step up, speak out and shine bright. The Club meets every first Friday and third Saturday evenings of the month. All ladies are welcome to join us!

Team coaching is one of the fastest growing areas in coaching. The program offers 60+ coach training synchronous and asynchronous hours, is based on the ICF Team coaching competencies and runs over a period of 6 months. The program is delivered by the most experienced organizational coaches and senior trainers via a combination of workshops, teleclasses and group mentor coaching. I am now a Newfield Certified Team Coach (NCTC) and have also received the ICF’s Advanced Certification for Team Coaching (ACTC) credential.

The four-month The Coach Partnership Health Coaching certification allows graduates of the Newfield Coaching Program to continue their learning and specialise in the growing field of Health and Wellness coaching. Graduates of the program can be certified as a Coach Partnership Certified Health Coach™ (NCHC) and then go on to sit the examination to be a National Board (USA) certified Health and Wellness Coach with the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
