• Responsible for Audit, Public Sector Audit, Wealth Advisory, HR, internal finance and bulk recruitment for the North. Including collaborating with hiring managers when taking briefs, managing stakeholder expectations and proactively candidate sourcing from job boards and LinkedIn • Conducting high volume candidate screening including telephone interviews for level 1 and 2b roles across all service lines and providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers • Delivering thorough interview preparation with external candidates ensuring that they are aware of our CLEARR values and competencies • Assisting internal candidates through consultation process, providing them with interview preparation, practice and CV writing assistance • End to end interview management including proposal and facilitation of interview feedback sessions on multiple vacancy recruitment • Proactively creating and maintaining market maps, talent pools and candidate networks • Conducting agency briefing sessions and ensuring that they are fully aware of the business needs • Stakeholder engagement including providing statistical analysis, championing the resourcing team and communicating the benefits of agency vs direct sourcing • Compiling and presenting market reports for hard to fill roles both face to face and over the telephone • Actively involved in projects centred on candidate and stakeholder experience, including creating and producing surveys and providing statistical analysis to the wider business • Established and maintained excellent working relationships with regional Partners, management and HRBPs to ensure all aspects of recruitment delivery exceed expectations • Arranging and organising interview bookings, ensuring that all candidates have current and insightful company information in order to perform well at interview

Prepare and finalise our clients accounts including Sole Traders, LLP, Partnerpships and Limited Companies and income and expenditure claims

I provide efficient, effective and reliable support to the North West Audit and Tax departments (corporate tax, personal tax, VAT, trust, international tax and employer solutions) and undertake client administration.

Secretarial support to three Partners and 25 members of staff.
