* Deployment and analysis of the quality system implementation in the RnD teams through operational projects. * Training, coaching and support of the new comers in the "RnD Quality and Process" team. * Analysis and convergence of the quality systems during the integration and merging of external entities. * In the context of multi-site projects, responsible of the follow-up and the analysis of the deployment of processes and good practices in accordance with the processes system. * Project and processes mastery, operational support and coaching of project teams. * Ability to work remotely in multi-site context. * Aware of information system security and safety.
