Responsible for local inbound and outbound logistics.

* Worked with Engineers to identify opportunities to standardize equipment to reduce the number of variations for similar equipment * Liaison between Engineers and Logistics segment for inter-location (loadouts/backloads to and from bases/rigs) coordination / mobilization of oilfield equipment. * Interface between Engineers and base Foreman for tools availability, readiness and worked with Logistics Segment for cost effective transport mode to meet operational requirements and standards. * Solely responsible for (RITE, a database application) management in terms of Integrated Operations Project Mobilizations (loadouts & backloads) for clients like ENI, Tullow, Shell, Kosmos Energy, African Petroleum, Total, Exxon Mobil and HESS Exploration.

Functioned as a primary advocate and escalation channel for clients like, to mention but a few, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Newmont Gold, Golden Star Resources, Takoradi Int'l Co. Ltd., Halliburton Int'l., Unilever, Mantrac, Toyota and Nestle. Monitoring / Quality Proactively coordinated shipments movements (from pick to delivery) based on requirements outlined in customers SOP (Standard Operating System) Performed information systems data entry as needed to support management of customers shipment activity, including but not limited to Supply Chain events, activities, and performance as defined by customer specifications and benchmarks. Provided twice-a-week reports / updates to key account clients With the stringent Customs procedures in Ghana, playing an active role in a team (DHL Express Sales Executives and Department Managers and Customs officials) to identify and develop strategies to clear shipments on arrival to exceed customers satisfaction was one of my key achievements, being a DHL Express Certified International Specialist
