Major Accomplishments: • Conducted RFP for Engineering Contractors recruitment in Canada to source the primary vendors. This RFP permitted Bombardier Aerospace to save funds and streamline the recruitment process while developing key partnerships. • Initiated the recruitment process for China. As TeamLeader, responsible for all key players (Finance, Legal, Tax, Procurement) ensuring that the process was successful while respecting Chinese Law. • Initiated the recruitment process for Mexico.
