ARAMCO Project Execution and Management

Petrorabigh Polymer plant Running and shutdown maintenance Project and Pipeline Tie up Projects. 1) Manage and provide expertise with Maintenance and Shutdown activities. 2) Expertise in coordinating resources, planning, and executing complex shutdowns to ensure minimal downtime and optimal asset performance. 3) Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules. 4) Support the Teams with Maintenance Requirements as such ensuring equipment reliability, safety and compliance with regulatory standards. 5) Overall safety, cost, schedule, quality and risk management for each project. 6) Implementing KAIZEN programs, and through regular small-scale adjustments and employee involvement, KAIZEN encourages efficiency, teamwork and innovation. 7) Conduct weekly meetings with supervisors and management to discuss future plans and immediate problems to find an efficient solution as a team. 8) Periodic project reporting.

Turnaround and shutdown activities of Hydrocracker, Ammonia, Urea and Utility plants. Royal commission pipeline excavation, insulation removal, Sand blasting, Welding Repair, Inspection and Painting Activities. Involved in several Turnaround / Shutdown with SAUDI ARAMCO, Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), ROYAL COMMISSION, etc. Storage Tank Bottom plate replacement, Welding Repair activities, Sand blasting, Inspection and Painting Activities. 1) High pressure exchanger (Diaphragm Type Exchangers, Vertical High pressure Exchangers), column (Packing type & Tray Type), Vessels, PZVs and valve maintenance. Cleaning, Repair, Calibration and Replacement Activities. 2) Supervise the on-site installation of mechanical systems and equipment. 3) Coordinating the daily activities with the Engineer in the site. 4) Supervision of Manpower activities during Shutdown works. 5) Prepare Daily Progress Report and give daily updates to clients. Regularly report on project progress to senior management.

KNPC MAA C-944 FUP Turnaround and Shutdown. Units- FGRU, ATK, CCR, CDU 1) Support and give assistance to the static and Rotating teams overhauling, cleaning and troubleshooting activities. 2) Oversee the Static Equipment Shutdown maintenance activities along with the Area Supervisor. 3) Prepare daily activity schedule, Daily progress report and Reporting. 4) Engaged with valve replacements, exchanger cleaning, blinding, DE blinding activities regularly. Surface condenser and Reciprocating compressor shutdown activates.

Mechanical Equipment Commissioning and Pipeline Erection Projects. 1) Assist with Equipment resource management system such as SAP, MM. 2) Guarantee that all mechanical work adheres to safety regulations and industry best practices. 3) Efficiently manage the mechanical project budget, including cost estimation control. 4) Daily report making and progress updating and Responsible for consumable material stock monitoring.
