Architecting and building Neario, a location-based social discovery platform designed to bridge the gap between digital interaction and real-life connections. End-to-End Development: Engineered the Neario mobile application from scratch using .NET MAUI on .NET 10, delivering a high-performance, single-codebase solution for both iOS and Android. Real-Time Proximity Logic: Implemented low-latency discovery and invitation systems using SignalR, enabling users to coordinate spontaneous 15-minute meetups in real-time.

Led the stabilization and ongoing development of a mission-critical offline-first mobile application serving a global nonprofit — restoring production reliability and meaningfully improving end-user experience. Drove targeted refactoring of legacy modules to reduce technical debt without disrupting delivery cadence. Designed and delivered REST API integrations (ASP.NET Core Web API) bridging mobile and Azure-backed backend services across SQL and NoSQL data sources. Translated business requirements into architecture-aligned technical solutions in close collaboration with solution engineers, architects, and product stakeholders. Strengthened CI/CD pipelines and operational monitoring workflows, accelerating defect detection and production issue triage. Produced technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials to support onboarding and long-term maintainability. Mentored engineers on mobile architecture, debugging practices, and delivery quality standards.

Developing and maintaining applications for the mBank Brokerage Division - Development of the new mBank Giełda application, enabling users to invest in the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). - Maintained and optimised the legacy mobile application built with Xamarin. - Collaborated directly with Microsoft to address and resolve critical issues in .NET MAUI. - Supported and enhanced backend systems using ASP.NET, ensuring reliable performance and scalability. - Conducted comprehensive testing, including load testing with K6, to ensure application stability and robustness. - Managed CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, with monitoring and alerting through tools such as Firebase, Sentry, and Splunk. - Integrated real-time functionalities utilising SignalR for seamless user experiences.

As the President of the Scientific Group, I have led efforts to enhance learning opportunities and establish connections with the IT sector. Key accomplishments include: - Establishing collaborations with IT companies to provide valuable industry insights and opportunities. - Organizing educational events, including lectures and workshops, to support technical skill development. - Conducting support classes for students in C/C++ programming. - Led the creation and execution of the KERNEL STARTER program (1st and 2nd editions in 2023 and 2024), covering web and mobile development in .NET technologies. - Overseeing the planning and delivery of the ITinder event (2nd and 3rd editions in 2023 and 2024), connecting students with industry experts.
