In 2017 I have founded Warszawskie Dziki (NGO) that owns a 1st division men's basketball club operating under the name of Dziki Warszawa (Wild Boars Warsaw). Together with a great team of professionals, we plan to change the way talents are being identified and trained in Poland and hopefully discover and develop future stars of Polish and international basketball.

Responsible for delivering a total compensation and benefits strategy and philosophy which is integrated with Citigroup’s business objectives and values. Main duties include: •Develop, manage and implement compensation & benefits policy for all Citi operations in Poland (6 000 employees) •Monitor external trends and conduct research and studies in the area of compensation and benefits •Evaluate, benchmark, design and recommend new benefit programs •Educate HR partners, management and regular employees on compensation philosophy, market trends and benefits programs •Select and work with consultants and legal counsel in the development of compensation and benefits programs •Work closely with HR Business Partners and line management to provide sound judgment and counsel on compensation issues and practices •Monitor and administer execution of Citi worldwide equity plans •Support sales compensation goals and objectives by providing support in the process of incentive plans design

Responsible for managing compensation, benefits and payroll activities for all Michelin operations (manufacturing and sales) in Poland and Baltic Countries. Main duties include: •Manage all aspects of compensation, including year-end review and Trade Unions negotiations •Work with salary survey providers to ensure proper alignment of the salaries on different labor markets •Design and implement job evaluation system for blue-collar workers •Evaluate, benchmark, design and recommend new or revised benefit programs •Participate in the project of implementing common outsourced payroll provider for company’s European operations •Coordinate implementation of integrated HR Information System (PeopleSoft)
