Analysis key performance indicators and financial reports such as budget, sales, commercial policy, investment level and improvements. Establish partnerships with Czech Gynecological and Obstetrical Society, Czech Authority, Insurance Health Companies, Opinion Leaders, Patient Organization and Other Enterprises. Develop strategy for uncovering market opportunities by establishing priorities. Lead (including day to day management) for national HTA submissions, pricing strategies, work closely with stakeholders to ensure an optimal patients access to new and existing medicines. Oversee, coordinates and coaches people from Sales and Marketing. Work closely with Regulatory and Lawyer functions. Successful market entry onto the market of IVF centers.

Set up, develop and execute plans through marketing strategies, setting goals and tactics for gynecological products. Launch new molecules (uterine fibroids, hormonal replacement therapy, intrauterine system, medical device, hormonal oral contraception). Brand management activities to include: marketing and business planning, start launches, pricing and reimbursement for new and existing medicines, supply chains and pharmacies management. Getting involved in key customer visits and to be a partner with the sales force to drive continued leadership in the field. Organization International and national events. Build strong network and partnership with KOLs. Stimulate innovation in Global Marketing through identification and communication of significant regional unmet needs. Monitor competitive activities.
