Working on turning the Billduverse vision into reality. Billduverse is the project of transforming and expanding Billdu's robust invoice-making mobile app into an interconnected ecosystem of tools for entrepreneurs and small business owners around the world. My role includes: - Analysing current IT systems, architecture, and processes. - Gathering, analysis, and documentation of software requirements. - Designing IT solutions to meet business and technology needs and solve problems effectively. - Coordinating with marketing, support, and development teams. - Managing product team tasks to ensure product team members deliver key requirements on time. - Creating mockups, wireframes, and diagrams for technical documentation. - Reporting issues and project progress to company leadership.

- Collecting and analysis of software requirements from multiple stakeholder departments - Designing complex system solutions based on user requirements - Created and maintained an extensive video archive with supplementary materials for the purpose of teaching new users how to use the ERP software - Preparing documentation for new feature requests - Managing the project of software implementation in new departments - Creating mockups, wireframes, and basic prototypes used in user guides and feature request documentation - Collaborating and coordinating with the Procurement, Fit-Out, Development, and Construction teams from Hungary, Poland, Germany, England, and Slovakia as part of a software development project - Training new and existing users on how to use the developed ERP solution - Creation of complex Excel templates used by both internal users and external suppliers - User support, troubleshooting, and extensive system testing

- Compiling reports and preparing data for data migration. - Tracking construction site deliveries and expenses. - Handling user requests and requirements.

- Providing and arranging for provision of premium services to clients through a dedicated web app. - Helping clients with signing up for the web application and onboarding new clients. - Testing the application and sending feedback to the product owners. While working as a Reception Professional, I also did graphic design for More by HB Reavis and The Nook event coffeeshop concept from HB Reavis. This included: - designing marketing visuals, documents and forms. - designing corporate presentations - helping to implement design templates across all HB Reavis countries where More by HB Reavis operates

- Developing style guides for a university textbook. - Designing book covers for printed and digital versions of the university textbook. - Preparing Microsoft Office Word templates for textbook contributors. - Compiling the contributions to the university textbook. - Preparing the university textbook for print and sending it off to the printer.

- Preparing architectural drawings for housing projects. - Preparing presentation drawings (graphics) for sales websites for architectural projects.
