I'm an entrepreneur who has spent the last 12 years with Breakout building experiences where the people shaping their cities and communities meet.As Co-Founder & CEO, our team has brought together 2,000+ founders, funders, investors, organizers, artists, and civic builders from 50+ cities. Our work has generated $25M+ in economic impact and invested directly in the communities we serve through flagship summits, local programming, and award-winning storytelling.We now build three kinds of experiences:SEE: city-specific gatherings where local leaders connect across every line that normally divides them. Launched in NYC, expanding to LA and beyond.Breakout Builders: national convenings bringing leaders together around the defining challenges of our time: tech for public good, the future of cities, and more.Custom Experiences: bespoke programming for mission-aligned organizations that want to bring our approach to their communities and convenings.In 2017, I co-founded the Breakout Foundation, which has deployed $500K+ in unrestricted grants to 200+ community leaders and social enterprises, and advised on millions more in philanthropic investment in the people and places we work with.Before Breakout, I spent 4.5 years at Bisnow, a media & events startup in commercial real estate, where I helped grow the team from under a dozen to 75 people, expanded their national events business into NYC, Texas, California, Chicago, and Atlanta, and co-founded their CEO retreat, Escape. Bisnow was acquired by Wicks Group in 2016.
