Provided computer and automation services to companies in metals, glass, beverage, converting, rail, and paper industries. Oversaw projects including Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System HMI/SCADA development, web page design for plant monitoring and alarming, PLC coding, database development, OSISoft PI implementations, custom application development, control network design and installation. Designed, maintained, and improved SCADA systems at 8 different glass and fiber production and research facilities. - Executed SCADA System and Controls software in Aluminum Plant Green Mill, establishing facility recognition as “world class”. - Managed implementation of OSI PI Software and Labview to monitor production of fiber optic components, enabling management to monitor production levels and quality trends. - Created web-based systems for display of plant process data and production alarms, facilitating company-wide access to operating information.
