For this growing landscaping business I was hired to grow the business in ability, crew, and brand awareness. First, I incorporated software into the daily routine of the team which allowed me to manage multiple crew's daily operations in real-time which improved efficiency in both work and responding to existing and prospective clients. I also implemented software to allow the team and I to communicate as effectively as possible to ensure ease and accuracy in finances, including payroll and invoicing. With a strong web design and development background, including everything from graphics to code, I designed a new logo and site, embedded service to automate required tasks from customer needs to hiring, and serve as a representation of the people and work behind Apex Landscaping Inc. Additional tasks included creating the creating, designing, and managing social networks to increase brand awareness, client reviews, and social interactions.
