Corporate liaison partnered with retail Territory and District management teams to provide product process support for the stores. Managed the corporate day to day operations supporting over 350 stores who had Best Buy employee drivers and fleet of trucks. Provide support operations for team of over 600 employee drivers and 20 driver trainers Built and implemented a new labor model for self delivery stores. Resulting in significant savings per year with continued high level customer experience. Created and implemented 14 new e-learning training modules which resulted in improved customer experience by better trained drivers, and increased sales floor knowledge. Provided home delivery expertise for the ACE team to build and scale the enhanced delivery models; Same Day, Next Day and You Pick the Hour. Models enabled the sales teams to be more competitive and provide the customer with additional options for delivery. Increased the Average Selling Price over 17%, by utilizing strong change management skills.

Corporate operations manager for Best Buy Home Delivery. My team supported twenty-eight Delivery Distribution Centers and Cross Docks which provided Home Delivery for Best Buy customers in over 700 stores across the US. We supported Best Buy customer appliance and TV deliveries. I developed the strategy for continuous improvement and managed the business relationships with six 3rd party home delivery carriers. Managed over 1 million deliveries nationally a year with a budget exceeding $57 million.
