Michael Parker

Entrepreneur, operator, and problem-solver with over 11 years of hands-on experience owning and managing restaurants, bars, and beverage brands. I’ve successfully launched and run multiple hospitality concepts, overseeing everything from construction and licensing to staffing, operations, and P&L. Most recently, I founded Free Pour LLC, a full-scope beverage development and consulting company focused on ready-to-drink (RTD) products, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. At Free Pour, I work with clients to take their beverage ideas from concept to shelf, offering services in product development, co-packing, compliance, supply chain, and go-to-market strategy. I’ve managed everything from TTB approvals and formula submissions to sourcing production partners and navigating distribution. In addition to consulting, I’ve led teams of over 100 employees, managed back-end systems like Toast POS across multiple locations, and built strong brands in both hospitality and CPG. I bring operational depth, creative thinking, and a get-it-done mentality to every project. I'm currently exploring consulting opportunities, collaborative ventures, and remote/hybrid roles in operations, product development, or project management—especially within the food, beverage, or CPG space.
