Swag For All Promotions provides custom imprinted promotional gifts & apparel (swag) for organizations and events across the U.S. Other services provided include print (business cards, brochures, presentation folders, etc), signage, trade show displays, promotional tents, and name brand gifts (S'well, Sony, Calloway, Ray Ban, and many more).

As President and Owner of Swag Dog Promotions I have overall responsibility for the management, operations, financials, sales & marketing, stability and growth of this business. The company provides branded apparel and imprinted promotional product solutions to events and organizations that helps them grow, enhances their image and reputation, effectively communicates their message, and positively impacts sales. I always strive to find the most sustainable way to run this business - through actions like recycling, reusing, repurposing or donating everything possible, being mindful of paper usage and travel, to offering creative sustainable solutions that meet our client's needs, and sourcing products locally to reduce client cost and environmental impact of shipping.

The broad mission of my company was to create, communicate and implement sustainability programs for organizations, events and individuals. Projects included: Assisted in the concept and development of a Multi-Use Green Business Project in San Diego. Created and managed the corporate environmental and social responsibility initiatives for a Kaiser Permante Meeting for 600+ physicians. Created and implemented programs to reduce the environmental impact of the Surf City Marathon - a running event in Orange County with 20,000 participants. Provided sales and marketing consulting for a Water Conservation-Smart Irrigation Controller program for Onteriors.

Planned and managed operations for largest powersports trade show in United States. Developed & managed budgets, timelines, equipment, transportation, contracted services and staffing. Coordinated development and distribution of marketing materials. Created new programs to assure success of new trade shows.

Planned and managed on-site operations for largest bicycle-only trade show in world with 800+ exhibiting companies and 21,000+ attendees. Monitored expenses and assisted in development of event budgets in excess of for $1 million. Managed year-round operations team including training and performance appraisals. Managed 75+ events each year, some held concurrently in different venues across the U.S. Developed new business-to-business events that increased value and importance of trade show. Highlights: + Created concept and directed operations for new OnDirt Demo - an outdoor product demo event for retailer attendees to Interbike. Has grown from single day to two-days with attendance increasing 500%+ since initial event. + Created concept and directed operations for 3000+ person Street Party for Outdoor Retailer Trade Show that included complimentary food, beverages, and entertainment for all attendees. + Secured celebrity entertainment for Trade Show Parties. Acts included: Bryan Setzer, Reverend Horton Heat, Tower of Power, and Greyboy Allstars.

Owned and operated special event management company with a focus on creating, marketing and managing the operations of athletic events used as fundraisers for not-for-profit organizations. Highlights: + Directed the Mazda Orange County Performing Arts Center Triathlon. One of the most popular and prestigious triathlons in the U.S. Raised in excess of $500,000 for Performing Arts Center. National television, separate pro and amateur races, prize purse included Mazda Miata's to winners, volunteer rally, sponsor appreciation events, VIP hospitality tent. + Directed Catalina Island Marathon - increased participation 150% and prestige while improving personal attention to participants. + Directed Danskin Women's Triathlon with proceeds to Susan G. Komen Foundation.
