At Clean Harbors Inc., I led, coached, and empowered a team of accounting and finance professionals to manage day-to-day accounting and external reporting functions; reported to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). I implemented financial rigor and key controls around the balance sheet and cash flow through financial statement review procedure. Below are my notable achievements that I attained: • Served as a project lead for annual budgeting/capital process, including setting assumptions/guidelines and driving long-term financial profitability. • Implemented strong accounting and external reporting rigor resulting in a world-class accounting and control environment. • Built monthly operating review cadence and template, as well as a succession plan for accounting leadership.

As a vice president, I directed all aspects of strategic and financial planning to drive organizational revenue and profit growth across three business units which rolled under Human Health segment of PerkinElmer.
