Broad End-to-End Global Supply Chain Management Expert: ➣ While continually optimizing the supply chain, leading LEAN, and cultivating cultures of continuous improvement, I showcase an exceptional ability to generate cross‐functional alignment for supporting fast-paced organizational growth. In addition, I foresee imminent changes that could add to manufacturing and logistics expenses and create forward-thinking strategies to mitigate the impact on the supply chain and the business as a whole. ➣ By overseeing the inventory, distribution, and transportation activities of an organization, I direct and plan all aspects of an organization's supply chain initiatives, policies, and objectives. As the operations of the supply chain are in constant flux, I keep operations uninterrupted even as all the supply chain elements are constantly evaluated for areas of improvement. In addition, I use data from current and past performance to map out the future of the supply chain and marshal resources accordingly. Change Management: ➣ After the ICU Medical acquisition of Hospira Business from Pfizer, I led cross-functional teams to consolidate four legacy ERP systems to a single integrated ERP (Oracle), creating one global supply chain organization. ➣ Furthermore, I introduced a “No Pencils” project to transform the entire organization from a paper-based to a system-based manufacturing system. Driving Business Value, including top- & bottom-line growth: ➣ To increase the speed at which the business can bring new products to market, I made the supply chain as efficient as possible to reduce overhead and operating costs and dramatically improve operating results and increase growth. ➣ Moreover, I saved millions of dollars annually by reducing supply chain complexity, streamlining SCM operations and processes, driving supply chain improvement projects, and building logistic capabilities. Selected Highlights: ► Reduced millions in spends annually by designing a robust, scalable supply infrastructure, supporting fast-paced growth of 4X in two years (2018 – 2020). ► Improved overall efficiency of plants by 20–40% and lowered costs by driving the “No Pencils” project. ► Achieved ~98% inventory accuracy, reduced lead time from 21 to 14 days, and achieved 95% fill rate global measurement.
