Michael Harris Conlin

As the president and CEO of Henry and Sons, I lead a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in total coffee and beverage solutions. With over nine years of experience in this role, we have developed and implemented strategic plans, launched new products, and expanded our market share and customer base. I have also established strong partnerships with local coffee farmers, cooperatives, and organizations, ensuring ethical and sustainable practices throughout our supply chain. In addition to Henry and Sons, I am also the president and CEO of Manila Coffee Gear, a leading provider of coffee equipment and accessories, and the president of Conlins Coffee World, the largest specialty coffee roaster in the Philippines. I founded Conlins Coffee over 23 years ago, and since then, it has grown it into a household name and a trusted brand. I am also the 2019 Philippine National Barista Champion, and an expert in coffee processing and fermentation design. I have a passion for coffee, and I strive to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. We are constantly innovating and expanding our businesses, and I am always looking for new opportunities to grow the coffee and beverage industry in the Philippines and beyond.
